At Puur Gloed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Opened or used makeup products (Lippen, Ogen, Teint categories)
- Used brushes or applicators (Penselen category)
- Personal care items that have been opened
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at: Puur Gloed Returns

- Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days after processing
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you’re requesting an exchange:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
